Two cells have an initial internal glucose concentration of 0.0 M. Both cells have 0.7 M internal concentrations of osmotically active solutes (non-glucose). Cell X has GLUT-1 glucose facilitated transport proteins on its plasma membrane while Cell Y does not. You place both cells in separate 0.7 M solutions of glucose, what will happen to the two cells?
