looking for a software developer

We are looking for a good software developer who can incorporate a portal in our website done by wordpress.  We need someone to code a small portal for our clients to post their jobs,  and for our employees to create a profile and do the work,  for the support and quality assurance team. Payment methods should also get incorporated. Pay 40$
