IT Project Management Writing

I have a project I am working on that requires a scenario and a solution. Attached is a document that has what the scenerio is and what section I am needin to have completed. I am needing section 3 done which is taking the scenerio and writing on what will implimenting this item solve. Needs to be 2 pages double spaced, 12 point font.Thanks
