Write 15-day cycle menus for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack that meet both CACFP and NAEYC requirements. If the links do not open copy and paste this link in your web browser
Use the menu you have created and determine your food cost for 140 children. Keep in mind the required CACFP serving amount when determining how much you need to purchase. Give specific examples of how you determined food cost. Look back at the budget you created at the beginning of the course and make any adjustments to your original budgeted amounts. Submit your menu cycle, food cost breakdown, and adjusted budget.
The 140 children are the following ages:
20- 7 week to 12 month olds
24- toddlers (12 to 24 months)
40- 2 year olds
56- Preschool children (3-5 years)
