Respect their dignity as well. 7. Include a definition, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, etc., of the illness/condition you chose. 8. Ask how the illness or condition has impacted or changed their life. Compare and contrast their life before and after the illness or condition. 9.
